PrimeStone Systems is committed to making primestone.cc usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe a website should work for all of your customers — and ours.

Our goal

We aim to meet the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as a practical standard for accessible design. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience over time.

What we do

  • Use clear, semantic page structure and headings so screen readers can navigate the site.
  • Provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
  • Aim for readable color contrast between text and backgrounds.
  • Build a responsive layout that works when the page is zoomed or viewed on a phone.
  • Write descriptive links and buttons rather than vague “click here” labels.

Some features on our site — such as our contact form and chat widget — are provided by third-party tools (for example, GoHighLevel). We choose our providers with accessibility in mind, but we don’t control their code and can’t guarantee those embedded elements fully meet every standard. If one of them creates a barrier for you, please tell us and we’ll help you another way.

Ongoing improvement

Web accessibility is never “finished.” We review the site as we make changes and work to fix issues as we find them or as they’re reported to us.
